By appointment only. No walk-ins. We do not offer Remedial Massage or Pregnancy Massage.
Bookings are made online. If you need assistance, please use our contact form or text 672-877-2555.
Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding must obtain medical approval prior to booking facials and follow guidance on ingredients to avoid.
Allergies
Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities by email a few days prior to your appointment so appropriate products can be prepared.
Location & Arrival

We are located at 220 Brew Street, in the office tower next to Fitness World and opposite Orangetheory.

Underground parking entrance is at Brew Street & Capilano Road (elevator behind the green EV charging wall). Parking enforcement is strict—please register your vehicle. Parking machines are typically cheaper than the app.

We are on the 3rd floor. Washrooms are located near the elevators. Please check in at reception or wait in the seating area.

Weekends & Public Holidays: Please wait in the street-level lobby. Arrive 5 minutes early for check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Credit card details are securely held at the time of booking. Your card is charged after your treatment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time and missed appointments are charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file.

Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments.

What to Wear & Bring

For massage treatments, undress to your comfort level; full professional draping is always used.

For Reiki, remain fully clothed—loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Please avoid bringing valuables or wearing jewelry. Reconnect Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Minimal makeup is recommended for facials; removal is provided if needed.

Health & Wellness
We collect health information to ensure safe and appropriate treatments. If you are unwell or recovering from a cold or flu, please reschedule.

Spa Etiquette
To maintain a peaceful environment, please switch off mobile devices. Phones and cameras are not permitted in treatment rooms.
Smoking is not permitted in or around the building. All rooms are sanitized prior to each appointment and linens are freshly cleaned.

Gift Cards
We offer e-Gift Cards only, available through our website. Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and may be used toward future visits.

Health Insurance
Our services are provided by spa practitioners, not Remedial Massage Therapists, and are not eligible for health insurance coverage.
