Appointments
By appointment only, no walk-ins. We do not offer Remedial Massage Services or Pregnancy Massage. All appointments can be made online however if you're having issues you can use contact form or text 672 877 2555. Each person is unique so If you are pregnant or breastfeeding please get doctors approval for facials and their advice on what ingredients to avoid.

Allergies
If you have allergies, please inform us by email a few days PRIOR to your appointment so that we can ensure all products are safe to use during your treatment

Check In
Entrance to Underground parking is on Brew Street, Corner Capilano Road. Elevator behind bright green wall EV Charging station. Please pay for parking as they are strict. We recommend booking for more than an hour to allow for check in/out. Unpaid fines can result in vehicle being towed. Machines are cheaper than the app..

From street level we are the office building next to Fitness World Gym and opposite Orange Theory Gym.

We are on the 3rd Floor, washrooms are available as you exit elevator on either passage. Please go to waiting area behind the reception desk.

If your appointment is on Weekends or Public Holidays, you will not have access to the elevator, please wait in the lobby area on street level. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time for your check in.

Changes or cancellation within 48 hours of service
If you're unable to make your appointment, please cancel online or text at least 48 hours prior to your booking to prevent us from incurring costs (parking).

Age Requirements
For safety and insurance reasons, we kindly ask that all clients are 18 years or older to book and receive treatments.

What to wear
During our massage treatments you will be asked to remove clothing to your comfort level. The practitioner will ensure that she uses towels & blankets to cover all areas of the body that are not being worked on and will be very discreet.

If you are having a Reiki treatment you will remain fully clothed so it is best to wear loose comfortable clothing.

Please don’t wear jewelry to your appointment, if you choose to wear jewelry it is your responsibility to ensure that you secure your items. Reconnect Spa, its staff and affiliates will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced items so it is best to leave valuables at home.

If you are having a facial, its always best to wear minimal make up, however if you feel more comfortable with make up we will remove during your facial.

Why do we collect health information?
We want to create a safe environment for our clients and ensure we keep our records up to date, particularly if our client has health issues, allergies or contraindications.

Environment
Please assist us by switching off all mobile devices and maintaining a peaceful environment. Use of cell phones and cameras are not permitted in our treatment rooms.

We adhere to bylaws and smoking is not permitted in the building or at the entrance.
​​
We sanitize the room prior to your arrival and all linen is clean.
​​
We ask if you're sick or recovering from a cold of flu (still coughing or sneezing) you please reschedule.

Gift Cards
We only sell E-gift Cards. We don't have physical cards at the spa. These can be purchased on here.
Spa Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Remaining funds can be applied to future visits.

Health Insurance
As we are Spa practitioners, NOT Remedial Massage Therapists, we are not covered under Healthcare Insurance. Our treatments are purely for relaxation.​
