Cancellation Policy
Credit card details are securely held at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged after your treatment. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Guests must be 18 or older to visit our spa.

  • Services are available by appointment only.

  • We do not offer RMT services.

  • Pregnant or Breastfeeding? Please contact the spa ahead of your facial to discuss.

  • We recommend consulting your medical professional after treatments such as Chemical Peels, Botox, Fillers, or other Facial Services to determine when it is safe to receive a facial.​​

  • Please read our emails about your booking (check junk)

  • Monthly promotions are valid for bookings made within the applicable month only. Regular pricing applies thereafter.

Specials

Full price may appear on your booking however discount will be applied at the spa when checking out.  Kindly ensure that you book the special during the correct month to avoid being charged the full price.  Additional discounts cannot be applied to specials.
