Cancellation Policy
We send a confirmation email at the time of your booking, along with a reminder closer to your appointment. We kindly ask that, if you need to make any changes, you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us offer the time to another guest. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge to your account.
