Please be gentle and work in an upward movement and make sure your skin has a nice face oil for ease of movement. This tool is wonderful for releasing tight TMJ muscles. I always massage in the opposite direction to the facial lines. For instance the lines on your forehead run horizontally so I massage vertically. Your brow lines are vertical so I massage horizontally. I try to educate my clients during their treatments to ensure they can take care of their skin away from the spa :-). Use the small point to move around the eyes to reduce puffiness. Go in the direction of your eyebrow hair :-)
