What to Expect: The session begins with a gentle intake, where we check in about your current tension, posture, movement habits, and any areas of pain or restriction. Using slow, deliberate strokes and targeted deep pressure (always matched to your comfort), we work through tight muscle groups and fascia, encouraging release and improved range of motion. Breath awareness may be used to help you stay present, ease tension, and assist your body in letting go. Gentle stretching, positional changes, or joint mobilizations may be included, depending on your body’s needs. At the end, we’ll offer aftercare tips — small stretches or self-massage you can do at home — to help the healing continue long after your session.
