please consult with your healthcare professional before taking any supplements

This is a huge roll of band aid with healing properties for muscle tension.  It increases circulation so new blood is sent to the muscle/injury which promotes healing.   I found this very helpful when I sprained my ankle some time ago, in conjunction with acupuncture it really helped my injury.  It can cause skin sensitivity, so I used it every few days.

I have read that many of us are magnesium deficient due to mineral deficiencies, that is why I take this product.  I find with Magnesium Citrate is excellent for muscle spasms and I will link the brand I use (CALM) but I find with this bisglycinate I can take more of them without it upsetting my stomach.  This helps calm my nervous system and I take this before I go to bed at night.  I find it really helps with sleep!

As mentioned, magnesium helps with calming the nervous system as well as the muscular system.  Many clients have found value in adding this to their daily intake of supplements.  Please make sure when you take this citrate form of magnesium that you follow the instructions otherwise you may end up with an upset stomach.  Your body will flush excess via your stools.  If you find your stomach gets upset, cut back on your dosage.   This product really helps me alleviate muscle spasms as its fast acting.

Nutritional Yeast is a natural way of taking your Vitamin B's and will help with sleep, overall mental health, energy, eyesight, digestions, red blood cells, etc.  Vitamin B6 also helps with the absorbtion of magnesium.  This product can be added to your eggs in the morning or put in stews, casseroles, soups or even your morning smoothie.

I find peppermint oil helps with circulation.   I usually add a couple of drops to my body cream before a long distance flight as it helps prevent water retention and increase circulation.  Please remember this needs to be added to a carrier oil or body cream.  Don't apply directly to skin.  Also test your sensitivity level and make sure you don't leave essential oils where animals or children can find them.

This has helped me with my adrenal fatigue.  These nutrients feed the adrenal glands.   Adrenals produce cortisol when we are stressed and over time these may become exhausted.   Ginseng gives you a bit of a lift but be wary though if you notice you aren't sleeping it may be too stimulating for you, I would suggest you find another product.

We live in Raincouver!   We love it here, it's beautifully green because we get so much rain but in the fall and winter we struggle to get enough sunlight.  Even though I spend time in the sun in summer I'm low on Vitamin D.  It's a good idea to ask your doctor to check your levels.  Eat fish, eggs, liver and red meat to help with Vit D levels.  There have been studies linking depression to low vitamin D levels.

Foam rollers are great for releasing tight fascia.  Especially effective for runners to release their IT band which impacts the knees.

For my clients that are struggling with hot flashes and menopause
